Weight and size
The description of one item in Gold or in Silver includes generally a size and a weight. These data are issued for ordering, acknowledgment of order, shipping information and invoicing. They only are given to the buyer for showing him the importance of the item. They are corresponding on “one item” of this reference, measured and weighed the day of implanting on the site. The items manufactured and delivered later, can have some small differences with the first model due to the fact of the hand-made production. They even can vary in large proportions in certain cases, in particular the ring which is adjusted for a finger. In any case, never the sizes nor the weight included in the description of the item are a part of the selling contract and they never are related to the selling price, which is an all-inclusive price.
Information on the jewellery
Our company undertakes to ensure a fair ratio between the price of each item and the item's value, technical characteristics, quality, material components or precious components.
Our site will continuously feature information on special offers and purchasing conditions. Such information will be mentioned clearly on our invoice which will be enclosed with your order.
If you prefer not to order on-line, you have the choice of ordering by snail mail. The page "alternative order method" you find the link Paper purchase form at the bottom of pages, contains all the necessary information for this. Naturally, this alternative procedure will require a few additional days to complete order processing. If you cannot pay by credit card, other payment methods are available, as shown under "Buying".
Shipping and Handling
We will normally send your order to you within 3 days (business days) and are generally received by you in less than 20 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be E-Mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
At all times, out site will indicate which items are temporarily unavailable.
If the items ordered is/are no longer in stock, we will inform you of this and indicate the expected shipping time. Items requiring customization will have a maximum shipping time of 4 weeks. For specific estimate-based orders, the offer will include an indication of the shipping time that is as accurate as possible, depending on the item type or family.
When it appears that an initially-quoted shipping time cannot be met, we will advise you of the new shipping time as well as with a cancellation and/or substitution proposal, and, as the case may be, a refund proposal. The proposal will be made to you before the initially-quoted shipping time.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages and select any items that you are looking for, then click on the button "add to order" to buy it and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When the order reaches the level of Euro150 you are requested to provide us by mail, or E-Mail a copy of your passport (4 first pages) or Identity Card together with an official domicile proof like a copy of electricity, telephone, rental invoice…
This request is motivated by the frequent orders made with using fake credit card number.
Taxes
Import taxes and local charges are not included.
The VAT rate of 19.60% is applicable for all purchases made from countries inside the European Community.
Security
We do not know any case of fraud when using of our system of online shop. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Application of the after-sales service guarantee (ASSG)
All our items are covered by our guarantee. This guarantee has a duration of one (1) year, unless a longer guarantee is specified in the presentation of a particular item.
The guarantee covers manufacturing and technical defects, to the exclusion of damage and improper use (e.g. exposure of the
Jewellery to cleaners, detergents, or other corrosive liquids; subjecting the
Jewellery to shocks, accidents, contact with mercury, etc.)
All chains and bracelets include an "open" and intentionally weaker link in order to prevent any undesirable consequences, resulting from pulling the jewel (e.g. wound or more serious injuries). The breakage, in such events, is thus not covered by the guarantee.
The items for which a guarantee claim is made must be returned with a clear explanation of why they are returned.
We will submit the returned items to an expert's appraisal to determine the cause of the damage.
After our technical department has completed its examination of the item, you will be notified of our assessment as to the admissibility of your complaint and regarding any liability on our part for the fault found.
If we accept liability for the fault, we will, depending on the possibilities offered, either repair the item or replace it with a new identical item, or, if this is not possible, we will submit to you either a substitution proposal comprising an item equivalent to the returned item but of higher value, or reimburse you for the sum paid plus any return expenses.
Our commitment: “Satisfaction or Money Back”
The remote purchaser who makes his decision of purchase without having the article in front of him, but through a screen of computer, can justify that this one does not correspond to the impression he had.
In that case, our company will accept back once, any item that is returned in its original and non-opened plastic pocket within seven (7) days of the item receipt by you. Date of receipt must be proven by giving us a copy of the delivery sheet of the transportation company or mail agency. However, this provision does not apply to used, damaged or customized (1) items. Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
(1) The term "customized" means: engraved and/or cut out items. Specific lengths and rings adjusted to your finger (except for basic measure which is UK N), and/or the adding of a part, etc.
If a refund is demanded upon return of the item to the company, the term of such refund will not exceed 15 days following receipt of the item to the company.
When you return one or several items which you have paid for and demand to be reimbursed, the following rules will apply:
- Item (s) returned of your own volition: full reimbursement of the item(s); however, the forwarding (full charge) and return shipping costs will be at your expense. Also, 10% of the full value of the purchase with a minimum of Euro15 will be also retained for a restocking fee.
- Item return initiated or caused by our company: reimbursement of the item as well as any forwarding and return expenses.
